Important Booking Information
Please provide your flight information and contact details when making your reservation. Airport pickup service includes flight delay tracking. If your flight is delayed, please contact our customer support immediately. The driver will wait at the designated meeting point. Meet & Greet service with a name sign is available for selected bookings. Additional charges may apply for late-night service, remote destinations, or overtime usage. Children and infants are counted as passengers and require their own seats. Please inform us in advance when booking. If you are traveling with a large amount of luggage, please contact our customer support in advance to confirm the most suitable vehicle. Actual travel time may vary due to traffic conditions in Japan. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us before your trip. If your flight is delayed, please notify us immediately. Failure to notify us in advance may result in waiting time charges. Airport pickup includes 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) of complimentary waiting time. After 90 minutes, an overtime fee of JPY 4,000 per hour will apply and must be paid directly to the driver in cash (Japanese Yen). During peak traffic hours or other unforeseen circumstances, if the driver is unable to arrive on time, we will contact you in advance. Please keep your mobile phone turned on before and during your trip. A full refund will be issued in the event of force majeure. If the actual amount or size of luggage exceeds the reservation details and cannot be accommodated safely, the driver reserves the right to refuse service.
