Important Booking Information
Please provide your flight information and contact details when making your reservation. Your flight will be monitored for delays. If your flight is delayed, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. The driver will wait at the designated meeting point. Meet & Greet service with a name sign is available for selected bookings. Additional charges may apply for late-night service, remote destinations, or overtime usage. Children and infants are counted as passengers and require their own seats. Please inform us in advance when booking. If you are traveling with a large amount of luggage, please contact our customer support in advance to confirm the most suitable vehicle. Actual travel time may vary due to traffic conditions in Japan. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us before your trip. If your flight is delayed, please notify us immediately. Failure to inform us in advance may result in additional waiting charges. Airport pickup includes 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) of complimentary waiting time. After 90 minutes, an overtime fee of JPY 4,000 per hour will apply and must be paid directly to the driver in cash (Japanese Yen). During rush hours or other unforeseen circumstances, if the driver is unable to arrive on time, we will contact you in advance. Please keep your mobile phone turned on before and during your trip. A full refund will be issued in the event of force majeure. If the actual amount or size of luggage exceeds the reservation details and cannot be accommodated safely, the driver reserves the right to refuse service.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made at least 15 day(s) before departure date, will charge 2%
- Cancel during 8 ~ 14 day(s) of departure, will charge 20%
- Cancel during 2 ~ 7 day(s) of departure, will charge 30%
- Cancel on 1 day(s) before departure, will charge 50%
