Important Booking Information
Please provide your flight information and contact details when making your reservation. Flight delay tracking is included with the airport pickup service. If your flight is delayed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Your driver will wait at the designated meeting point. Meet & Greet service with a name sign is available for selected bookings. Additional charges may apply for late-night service, remote destinations, or overtime usage. Children and infants are counted as passengers and require their own seats. Please inform us in advance when booking. If you are traveling with a large amount of luggage, please contact our customer service in advance to confirm the most suitable vehicle. Actual travel time may vary due to traffic conditions in Japan. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us before your trip. If your flight is delayed, please notify us immediately. Failure to inform us in advance may result in waiting time charges. Airport pickup includes 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) of complimentary waiting time. After 90 minutes, an overtime fee of JPY 4,000 per hour will apply and must be paid directly to the driver in cash (Japanese Yen). During peak traffic hours or other exceptional circumstances, if the driver is unable to arrive on time, we will contact you in advance. Please keep your mobile phone available before and during your trip. A full refund will be provided in the event of force majeure. If the actual amount of luggage exceeds the reservation details and cannot be accommodated safely, the driver reserves the right to refuse service.
