Airport pickup service includes flight delay tracking. If your flight is delayed, please contact our customer service team immediately.
The driver will wait at the designated meeting point. Airport meet-and-greet service with a name sign may be available depending on the booking.
Additional charges may apply for late-night service, remote areas, or overtime.
Children and infants also require their own seats. Please inform us in advance when making your reservation.
If you are traveling with a large amount of luggage, please contact our customer service team in advance to confirm the appropriate vehicle type.
Traffic conditions in Japan may affect the actual arrival time. Thank you for your understanding.

If your flight is delayed, please contact us immediately. If we are not notified in advance, overtime charges may apply.
Airport pickup includes 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) of free waiting time. After 90 minutes, an overtime fee of JPY 4,000 per hour will apply and must be paid directly to the driver in Japanese yen cash.
During morning/evening rush hours or other exceptional traffic conditions, if the driver is unable to arrive at the meeting point on time, we will contact you in advance. Please keep your mobile phone switched on and reachable before and during the service.
If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure, a full refund will be issued.
If the actual number or size of luggage differs from the reservation and exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made at least 15 day(s) before departure date, will charge 2%
- Cancel during 8 ~ 14 day(s) of departure, will charge 20%
- Cancel during 2 ~ 7 day(s) of departure, will charge 30%
- Cancel on 1 day(s) before departure, will charge 50%
- Cancel on activities date, Non-refundable (0% refund)
