📌 Vehicle Arrangement

A suitable and comfortable vehicle will be arranged according to the actual number of passengers and luggage.

Alphard / Vellfire: 1–6 passengers GranAce: 1–5 passengers HiAce: 1–9 passengers HiAce Grand Cabin: 1–13 passengers

📌 Luggage Allowance

We recommend one piece of luggage up to 28 inches per passenger.

If the actual number of passengers or amount of luggage differs from the reservation and the vehicle does not have sufficient space, the driver reserves the right to refuse service or arrange an upgrade to a larger vehicle for an additional charge.

📌 Itinerary Information

This is a customized private charter service. The order of attractions and duration of each stop may be adjusted according to your preferences.

If the itinerary is affected by traffic conditions, weather, or attraction restrictions, the driver will assist in adjusting the route.

📌 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 3 days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

This is a private charter service. The sightseeing order, stop duration, and travel route can be customized according to your preferences. Please communicate your itinerary with our customer service team before departure.

Please keep your mobile phone available before and during the tour so that our driver or customer support team can contact you if necessary.

Charter Service Duration

This package includes 10 hours of private charter service (including the driver's working hours).

The service time begins at the scheduled departure time and ends when returning to the designated drop-off location.

Please plan your itinerary within the 10-hour charter period.

If additional attractions are added, the route is changed, or overtime occurs due to personal reasons, overtime charges will apply.

If you would like to extend the service, add destinations, or modify your itinerary, please contact customer service in advance.

No overtime charge applies if the overtime is within 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, overtime will be charged at JPY 6,000 per hour. Any partial hour will be charged as one full hour.

Overtime fees must be paid directly to the driver in Japanese yen (cash).

No-show Policy

If we are unable to contact you for more than one hour after the scheduled departure time, and no prior notice has been given, the booking will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be provided.

Luggage

If you have a large amount of luggage, please contact customer service in advance to confirm the appropriate vehicle.

If the actual number of passengers or luggage differs from the reservation and the vehicle cannot safely accommodate everyone, the driver reserves the right to refuse service or arrange a larger vehicle with an additional charge.

Customer Responsibility

If the tour cannot proceed normally due to late arrival, failure to appear, loss of contact, or other personal reasons, any resulting losses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Force Majeure

If the service cannot be operated due to earthquakes, typhoons, road closures, or other force majeure events, any unused service fees will be fully refunded.
