Depending on your actual flight arrival time and traffic conditions, the itinerary can flexibly include highlights such as Senjojiki, Sandanbeki Cliffs, and Shirarahama Beach before dropping you off at your accommodation in the Shirahama area.
This is a fully private charter service with no shared rides. Service time begins from the actual flight landing time, with a maximum duration of 10 hours, and must end by 10:00 PM. Immigration, baggage collection, and airport pickup waiting time are all included within the charter service time, so the standard 90-minute free waiting limit for regular airport transfers does not apply.
The price includes highway tolls and parking fees incurred during the itinerary, so no additional vehicle-related charges are required during the trip. Large luggage can remain in the vehicle throughout the journey, making this service especially suitable for families, groups of friends, and small private groups.

【Kansai Airport Pickup × Shirahama Private Charter Day Tour】
Your journey begins as soon as you arrive at Kansai International Airport.
Your driver will meet you at Kansai International Airport according to the flight information you provide. After completing immigration procedures and collecting your luggage, travel south along the Kii Peninsula by private vehicle to Wakayama and Shirahama.
This itinerary combines an airport transfer with a private sightseeing tour of Shirahama, eliminating the need to arrange separate transportation after arriving in Japan. Large luggage can remain safely in the vehicle while you explore Shirahama’s attractions, and at the end of the day, your driver will take you directly to your pre-booked hotel in the Shirahama area.

Service time begins from the “actual landing time” of your booked flight and is limited to a maximum of 10 hours, with all services ending no later than 10:00 PM, whichever comes first.

Time spent on immigration procedures, baggage collection, and waiting to meet the driver is included in the total charter service time. As this is a private charter itinerary, the standard 90-minute free waiting limit applicable to regular airport transfer services does not apply.
If your flight is delayed, the service will begin based on the actual landing time. However, the service must still end no later than 10:00 PM. For late arrivals, the Shirahama sightseeing itinerary will be shortened or adjusted according to the remaining available time.

• Shirahama sightseeing stops will be arranged flexibly according to the actual flight arrival time, traffic conditions, weather, and attraction operating status. For late arrivals, some attractions may be omitted, with priority given to safely transporting guests to their accommodation in Shirahama.
• The product price includes vehicle service, fuel, highway tolls, and parking fees. Admission fees, meals, accommodation, and personal expenses are not included.
• When making a reservation, please provide accurate flight information, arrival date, number of passengers, luggage quantity, and the name of your accommodation in Shirahama.
• Actual luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle type, number of passengers, and luggage size. If you are traveling with oversized luggage (29 inches or larger), a stroller, wheelchair, or other special items, please inform us in advance when booking.
• If you require a child safety seat or have any special requests, please contact customer service in advance when making your reservation.

Important Booking Information
• This is a fully private charter service with no shared rides. The attractions and visiting order shown in the itinerary are for reference only. The actual itinerary may be adjusted flexibly according to flight arrival time, traffic conditions, weather, attraction opening hours, and the actual circumstances of the guests.
• Service time begins from the “actual landing time” of the booked flight and is limited to a maximum of 10 hours, with all services ending no later than 10:00 PM, whichever comes first. Time required for immigration, baggage collection, and meeting the driver is included in the service time.
• If the flight is delayed, service time will begin from the actual landing time. However, the service must still end no later than 10:00 PM. For late arrivals, the time spent at some Shirahama attractions may be shortened or certain stops may be omitted, with priority given to safely transporting guests to their accommodation.
• If departure is delayed due to the guest, a stop is extended, or the itinerary is changed at the guest’s request, subsequent stops may be shortened or omitted accordingly.
• In the event of typhoons, heavy rain, road closures, traffic restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, the driver may adjust the itinerary, change destinations, or discontinue travel to certain areas when necessary for safety.
• The product price includes highway tolls and parking fees for the originally scheduled itinerary. If guests request travel to areas outside the original itinerary and additional costs are incurred, these will be confirmed separately.
• Outdoor attractions such as Senjojiki, Sandanbeki Cliffs, and Shirarahama Beach may be affected by weather conditions. Inability to view specific scenery, sunsets, or other natural phenomena due to weather or circumstances beyond our control will not be considered a failure to provide the service.
• Admission fees, meals, accommodation, and personal expenses are not included in the product price. Guests may decide whether to enter paid attractions depending on the available time on the day.
• Please provide accurate flight information and your accommodation details in Shirahama when making a reservation. If your flight information changes, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
• Actual luggage capacity varies depending on the vehicle type, number of passengers, and luggage size. If you are traveling with oversized luggage, a stroller, wheelchair, or other special items, please inform us in advance when making your reservation.
