The airport pick-up service includes flight delay tracking. If your flight is delayed, please contact our customer service team promptly.
The driver will wait at the designated meeting point. A meet-and-greet sign service may be available in certain cases.
Additional charges may apply for late-night service, remote areas, or overtime use.
Children and infants also require their own seats. Please inform us in advance when making your reservation.
If you are traveling with a large amount of luggage, we recommend contacting customer service in advance to confirm the most suitable vehicle.
Traffic conditions in Japan may affect the actual arrival time. Thank you for your understanding.

If your flight is delayed, please contact us immediately. If you fail to notify us in advance, overtime charges may apply.
The airport pick-up waiting time is 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes). After 90 minutes, an overtime charge of JPY 4,000 per hour will apply and must be paid directly to the driver in cash in Japanese yen.
During morning and evening rush hours or under other exceptional circumstances, the driver may be unable to arrive at the scheduled time. We will contact you in advance in such cases. Please keep your mobile phone switched on before and after the scheduled service time.
A full refund will be provided if the service cannot be performed due to force majeure circumstances.
If the actual number or size of luggage differs from the reservation and cannot be safely accommodated due to overloading, the driver reserves the right to refuse service.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made at least 15 day(s) before departure date, will charge 2%
- Cancel during 8 ~ 14 day(s) of departure, will charge 20%
- Cancel during 2 ~ 7 day(s) of departure, will charge 30%
- Cancel on 1 day(s) before departure, will charge 50%
