Cancellations made more than 3 days before the departure date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.

This is a customized private charter service. The order of attractions, duration of each stop, and travel route can be adjusted according to your preferences. Please communicate your itinerary with our customer service team before departure.
Please ensure your mobile phone remains reachable before and on the day of your tour so that our driver or customer service team can contact you if necessary.
This package includes 10 hours of private charter service per day, including the driver's working hours.
Service time begins at the agreed departure time and ends upon returning to the designated drop-off location.
Please plan your itinerary within the 10-hour service period. If additional attractions are added, the route is changed, or overtime occurs due to personal reasons, overtime charges will apply.
If you wish to add attractions, extend the service time, or modify your itinerary, please contact our customer service team in advance.
Overtime of 30 minutes or less is free of charge. After 30 minutes, overtime will be charged in 1-hour increments at JPY 6,000 per hour. Any partial hour will be charged as one full hour. Overtime fees must be paid directly to the driver in Japanese Yen (cash).
If we are unable to contact you within one hour after the scheduled departure time, and no prior notice has been given, the booking will be considered a No Show and no refund will be provided.
Additional charges may apply for late-night service, remote areas, or special route requests. Please confirm the details before booking.
Traffic conditions, weather, attraction restrictions, or other force majeure events may affect the itinerary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Children and infants are counted as passengers and require their own seats. Please provide the number and ages of children when making your reservation.
If you are traveling with a large amount of luggage, we recommend confirming the appropriate vehicle with our customer service team before booking.
If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the reservation details and the vehicle cannot safely accommodate everyone, the driver reserves the right to refuse service or arrange a larger vehicle at an additional cost.
Any losses resulting from late arrival, failure to appear, inability to contact the traveler, or failure to meet at the agreed time will be the responsibility of the traveler.
If the service cannot be operated due to earthquakes, typhoons, road closures, or other force majeure events, a full refund will be provided for the unused service.
If you require wheelchair assistance, oversized luggage, child seats, golf bags, or any other special requests, please inform us at the time of booking.
