📌 Luggage Policy

One 28-inch suitcase per passenger is recommended.

If the actual number of passengers or luggage differs from the reservation and exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service or arrange a larger vehicle with an additional charge.

📌 Itinerary Information

This is a fully customizable private charter service. The sightseeing order and stop duration may be adjusted according to your preferences.

If the itinerary must be changed due to traffic conditions, weather, or attraction restrictions, the driver will assist in arranging an alternative route.

Cancellation more than 3 days before departure: Full refund. Cancellation within 48 hours of departure: No refund.

This is a fully customizable private charter service. The sightseeing order, stop duration, and travel route can all be adjusted according to your preferences. Please discuss your itinerary with our customer support before departure. Please keep your mobile phone available before and during your trip so our driver or customer support team can contact you if necessary. This package includes 10 hours of private charter service per day (including the driver's working hours). The service time begins at the scheduled departure time and ends when you return to the designated drop-off location. Please plan your itinerary within the 10-hour service period. Additional sightseeing stops, route changes, or overtime caused by personal reasons will incur extra charges. If you wish to add destinations, extend your service time, or modify your itinerary, please contact our customer support in advance. No overtime charge applies if the overtime is within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, overtime will be charged in 1-hour increments at JPY 6,000 per hour. Any partial hour will be charged as one full hour. The overtime fee must be paid directly to the driver in Japanese Yen cash. If we are unable to contact you more than one hour after the scheduled departure time, and no prior notice has been given, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided. Additional charges may apply for late-night service, remote destinations, or special route arrangements. Please confirm with our customer support before booking. Traffic conditions, weather, road closures, attraction restrictions, or other force majeure events in Japan may affect the itinerary. We appreciate your understanding. Children and infants each require their own seat. Please inform us of the number and ages of children when booking. If you have a large amount of luggage, please contact our customer support in advance so we can recommend the most suitable vehicle. If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the reservation details and the vehicle cannot safely accommodate everyone, the driver reserves the right to refuse service or arrange an upgraded vehicle with an additional charge. Any losses caused by late arrival, failure to appear, loss of contact, or other personal reasons that prevent the tour from operating as scheduled shall be the responsibility of the customer. If the service cannot be operated due to earthquakes, typhoons, road closures, or other force majeure events, the unused service fee will be fully refunded. If you require a wheelchair, oversized luggage, child safety seats, golf bags, or any other special arrangements, please inform us when making your reservation.
